It was just a good pick for a whistle-stop in Jakarta with very good value for money. The staff were polite and accommodating, even when I needed towels at 10 p.m. after a long day. Make sure to clarify any room promotions ahead of time.

Lovely hotel, delightful breakfast, with a spectacular view from my 16th-floor room which made every morning enjoyable and the central location allowed easy access to local attractions and transportation options.

I had a wonderful stay in the Executive Double Room! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that made resting easy. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Mr Hafez, who made our experience even better.

The rooms show their age. my Queen Room with Pool View had dated decor, with some furniture looking quite worn. It was concerning to find issues like water stains on the ceiling and even a water leak after a couple of days. The ventilation didn't perform well, leaving our bathroom warm and steamy, which made the room feel cozy in a not-so-great way. Additionally, the thin walls allowed me to hear every conversation and movement from neighboring rooms, which can be a bit intrusive if you're looking for quiet. Despite staying only four nights, I had to switch rooms three times, which wasn't the least bit enjoyable as I just wanted a decent place to relax.

Enjoyed spacious accommodation and exceptional support from staff during a medical emergency. The breakfast was impressive, featuring a wide variety, including a delightful egg station. However, the minibar refrigerator was malfunctioning twice during our stay, and the bathtub and shower setup was particularly slippery, requiring caution.

Exec lounge was a highlight

We had a nice time with 3 executive rooms booked. The staff were super friendly, especially at the lounge—shoutout to Catherine and Tia! The buffet was awesome. But, the rooms felt kinda worn out and could use a refresh. Just a little bummer. Overall, a chill stay despite that!
